Leather Bags & Accessories

In the event that a product is received with damages outside of naturally occurring imperfections in leather or handwoven materials, we will refund or exchange the product free of charge. The methods used for dyeing the leather and kutnu textile linings has been handed down for centuries and will result in leather bags aging beautifully and naturally over time.

Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly accept returns for eligible purchases made from EagleFalcon.com or through one of our partner shops. Returns for a full refund on unused items can be made within 60 days of purchase. Within 120 days after purchase, returns will be accepted for online credit in the amount of the most recent wholesale price. Orders will not be eligible for returns or exchanges after 120 days of the original purchase date.
